Expense Management System is a facility for an employee to submit their Expense Claims through their workstations for approval and reimbursement of the expense amounts, while Advance Amounts claim against forthcoming expense could also be submitted through Expense Management System.

Expense Management System is a web based on-line facility.Two major elements of Expense Management System are Expense Reimbursements and Advance Request for Expenses. An Email Alerts and reminders are generated on each stage of report approval process.
